Finally Finished the luggage rack!
So - taking off the luggage rack was one of the fist things I did when I got Bruno back in 2007. The fiberglass needed to be refinished and the bars and cleats were rusty. the fiberglass was long since refinished and repainted. But I finally got new cleats and finished refinishing the original bars.
The cleats were from GoWesty! They came with the installation hardware as well. They are not en exact match to the original, but so close no one will notice. (I think they match the later years)
The bars were sanded, treated with rust converter, and repainted with Rust-oleum, black hammered metal. It looks great!
